Not only that, she is a currently enrolled student (Junior) pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in IT, specializing in multimedia web development at a top-rated Art Institute with a 4.0 GPA. She tutors and provides training to several students in her spare time, covering everything IT and computer-related and writes custom software tutorials complete with screenshots. Her web designs have been described as, "unique", "outstanding", "original" and are completely customized for each person she works with. She has genuine experience on all the software mentioned on our technology page and fully enjoys her occupation!
April Rendonvera is a professional Virtual Assistant who has successfully worked as a freelance writer, ghostwriter, manager, and editor for 22 years. She has written articles and essays, journal and copywriting pieces, newsletters, web copy, press releases, reports, editorials, brochures and sales materials, company profiles, resumes, and technical pieces spanning many industries (including within the psychology, health, criminal justice, community service, sociology, counselling, and education fields) in both the US and Canada. Her native language is English but she is bilingual (English and French). She was an advanced degree student who majored in Languages (English, French and Latin) and Criminal Justice Administration at a NY University, maintaining a 4.0 GPA consistently throughout. Her passion for the written word and correct grammar is unmatched in the industry and has allowed her to work doing what she loves most for more than two decades. Her editorial experience comes mostly from the non-profit sector, sociology and community service/counseling fields, although she has provided editing and tutoring outside these areas.

He has 14 years experience in translation and also handles customer service transactions and audio translation in both English and Spanish. Spanish is his native tongue, but he successfully completed English language and grammar courses at a University 14 years ago, so you can rest assured he can provide you with flawless translation skills and experience. Many times the way Spanish is learned is through books or courses that may or may not allow the student to learn the natural expressions and accents that come from being a native speaker.
