Web Design & VA Services

Our company office is located in Ruther Glen, VA, but we perform work internationally, and are no further than a contact away from helping you with your next project. Three plans are available to you when working with our company. You choose the option that best suits your needs.

Rates, Discounts and Options Available:

 

Your choice:

1. You outsource to us on an "as needed" or "by the hour" basis to handle your administrative needs.

2. You subscribe to a Retainer Package with us, purchasing a set number of hours per month at a discounted rate.    *This option is very cost-effective.

3. You customize a Project Plan with us and we negotiate a set price for your project at a discounted rate.    *This option is very cost-effective.

 

General Rates - Outsourcing or work performed "by the hour".

Rates for individual services are based on the level of experience or time needed and commitment required on our part. We make every attempt to keep our rates competitive within our industry, while maintaining the high standards your business deserves. These prices do not apply to retainer clients, discounted clients, or clients who have chosen a Customised Project Plan for their business. We do prefer long-term relationships with our clients & therefore the rates charged by the hour may be higher than the other options available. We bill in 15 minute increments, and a one (1) hour minimum applies. A deposit of at least 50% of the projected cost is required upon signing contract, with the remainder balance due upon completion. More information is available during our preliminary discussions. All prices are given in USD.

**Price/hr. for multi-page web sites only. Typical price range for one-page static web site (design only) is $300-$350. billed at $65 per hour. Logo design, additional customisation requested, web copywriting, etc. are billed in addition to this rate.

 

Monthly Retainer Plans - Discounted Rates + Benefits

Our clients are very special to us, and we endeavor to create long-lasting, collaborative relationships with them. Your Retainer Contract offers you savings from our General Rates charged, but also guarantees our availability to you for the set number of hours dependent on the Plan chosen. Partnering with us in this manner helps us to really get to know you and your business. The end result is a mutually beneficial relationship as we grow our businesses together.

We currently offer four (4) Monthly Retainer Plans for our clients to choose from. A two (2) month minimum applies to all Monthly Retainer Plans. Payment for Retainer Contracts is due before the 1st day of the month in which the work will be performed. Your discount is deducted from our General Rates and does not apply to other expenses incurred specific to client's business, such as those for additional copies, couriers, international charges, materials, postage, and supplies (these will be billed at actual cost, as discussed in your Contract). Except where otherwise noted, monthly hours exceeding plan's allotted hours are charged at plan's equivalent hourly rate. As our time is reserved for your business for the set number of hours in the plan, we do not offer refunds on any unused hours. However, if the actual hours you are billed cross into a higher Plan bracket, we will be happy to credit you the larger discount for that month, one time. After this one time, your Plan may need to be re-negotiated in an effort to ensure we provide you with the quality customer service you deserve.

Note: Retainer plans may be terminated at any time, by any party to the Contract, upon 30 days advance notice. We do this to ensure a comfortable working environment for everyone involved.

 

Customised Project Plans - Discounted Rates + Benefits

We do not offer a cookie-cutter solution for any business, as we are aware that your needs may differ greatly from that of another client. Your business is unique! There may be 20 other businesses in your city that perform the same job yours does ( an Accountant, for example), but for each of those companies there are different personalities, abilities, and needs. What "Business A" down the street needs, your business may not, and vice versa. This is where our Customised Project Plan option comes in.

We are happy to offer a customized solution for your business, where you are able to mix-and-match our services to your needs, at a discounted rate. This would be good for someone who, for example, requires a web site, or Programming. Rather than pay us by the hour, we can meet to discuss your needs, and then negotiate a set amount for the Project to be performed.

 

About Payments - Acceptable Forms & Methods; Fees

The methods of payment we accept are: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, or tranfer of funds, online via Paypal. If you are local, payments will be accepted in cash. We also happily accept personal, business, and cashiers checks, but clients should be aware that no work will be started on an Account until their check has been cleared by our bank. For our protection, clients charged at our General Rates (by the hour) will need to make their final payment by cash, via PayPal, or by cashiers check.

 

Extra Terms:

There will be a $50 charge for any check returned for Insufficient / Non-Sufficient Funds.

Rush jobs (nights, weekends or short notice) may be subject to a 25% Fee.

Overdue Invoices are subject to a 10% Interest Fee per month.
